GHOTEL hotel & living Würzburg

Location was very accessible and breakfast was good

Great hotel. Located a short walk from the train and bus station Loved the sauna great views of the town from the room

We booked 2 nights for executive room but when we checked in they gave us a standard room instead. We talked to the reception staff they told us all the executive rooms were occupied and then they "upgraded" us to a suite which had better view. They should let us know when we checked in, not after we dragged all our luggages down to the front desk and asked them. The suite was ok but we booked the executive room just because we need the small kitchenette which the suite did not have. The breakfast buffet was well worth it for 12 euro though.

Excellent view over Würzburg. Covenient location: 10 minutes walk to Residenz and station.

We stayed 9 day's and only gpt a bottle of water the first day and never the day after which I find cheap.

The Location is very convenient, I stayed 8 night and only 2 times they changed the lines.

WiFi not working. Staff was aloof.

I enjoyed my time at the GHotel! The staff members were friendly and extremely helpful. They shared tips on the local happenings and how to get around to see all the sights. Great stay and I would highly recommend this hotel!

Good location. Quick check in. Could use room before stated check in time. Staff friendly. I was on the 7th floor which was nice although room overlooking the town would have been nicer. Cleanliness was excellent. Room a bit small but ok for a few nights. Only downside was that the room lighting was a bit sparse. Only a few wall lights and a couple of spotlights in the ceiling.

Business room was fairly small and had little lighting. Shower had no door making it difficult not to end up with a wet bathroom floor. The GHOTEL is a 5 minute walk away from the tram stop and 10 minute walk from the train and bus station but you can spend at least 5 minutes trying to get a lift down to the ground floor. The 3 lifts are the worst thing about the GHOTEL as there is no stair alternative, only an emergency exit, so if like us you are on the 3rd floor, you are waiting for a lift as they go past full of people from the 14 floors above you! This made our long weekend a total pain as we missed trams and spent too much time waiting around for lifts. It's so stupid that there are no stairs like normal hotels. I don't want to stay there again.
