It's a difficult review for me.....I had just come from a quiet town, and a 4* hotel.......this was neither of them. It's a busy, noisy city......but that's not a bad thing. The hotel was adequate. Was clean enough, staff were nice. Food was good. Hotel isn't brand new so looks it's age a little......but, I can't fault it. All staff are friendly and willing to help!

Very nice quiet little hotel a five minute walk from Bangla. Pool on the roof is small but not very busy, a lot of time I had it all to myself which was very nice. I felt very safe as a female solo traveler. Rooms toward the street slightly more noisy than if your room is toward the alleyway, but overall calm and quiet. Internet was good enough so that I could work remotely. Staff in the restaurant on ground floor was super nice, made me feel very well taken care of. They didn’t mind if I brought my laptop and worked off their slightly better WiFi either which I appreciated.

Decent location to stay in. But the part that had my room, does not have any lift. So I need to carry my heavy luggage to 3rd floor. Room was decent and clean. It has refrigerator, but no microwave. Air conditioner was very weak. It needs 10 min to cool down. There were number of places to eat, agent, shops around the hotel. Big shopping mall is near walking distance. Also there is a grocery/fish market food market within 7~10 min of walking. I booked the hotel knowing that they have breakfast included but turns out that it was not. Not sure whose fault was that.

I booked the hotel as it said it had parking - it did not. Even the 'welcome email' said I would be told about the parking on arrival - on arrival I was told there was no parking. I thought breakfast was included - it was not. The photos on the listing show a good condition room that appears to be a decent size. The room was small, the 'kitchen' had chunks out of the work surface and most of the cupboard doors were falling off. There was a condom packet left in the room in one of the kitchen cupboards. Impressive? No. Quality? No. What I booked and paid for? No.

Staff was friendly. Ok for price and location for short walks to bazaan market and bangla and beach. They did clean well. The downsides- 1- beds are very hard And older stained sheets. But very big beds 2- bathroom was tiny, so showering whole bathroom gets wet. 3- patio door doesn’t lock 4- small bugs in bathroom or floors from time to time. 5-pool area was dirty and not kept up on. Only reason I switched to this hotel was for pool… looked nothing like photos. Old in shambles… would’ve been easy for staff to keep that area clean and organized. 5- elevator not working but I knew that so was ok with it.

The young new resevation counter staff very poor work attitute. I wish him good morning. He did not reply. Never smile. After he check, paid him deposit. Not staying again.
Everyone at hotel was fantastic, except young boy at checkout. I gave him his hotel key back and he refused to give me my 500 baht back because I didn’t have receipt. It was on the counter of my room and when maids cleaned it was probably thrown away accidentally. It’s not the 500 baht that matters to me. It’s the principle of I gave 500 baht for a key deposit and when I checked out, I gave him the key back and he refused to give me the money back. I will not be staying there again. Up until then, I enjoyed it, but I refuse to accept this type of behavior.
