Noise levels between rooms high. No power point to bedside light. Pleasant staff but I felt I was in lockdown in Wuhan, not in an old colonial house in historical Tasmania.

Liked the old style. Would have liked a hot breakfast. Something needs to be done with the TV reception. WIFI did not work, signal strength was poor. Place was clean. We arrived late, and helped with accessing the building after hours. Everything after 8:00pm (food) closes in Launcesten. This also happens all over Tasmania. Would book again.

Great location with fabulous views. Nice simple breakfast. Outdated and very basic amenities. Cheap one nighter.

It's a cute old building, but that also means it's a bit clunky and doesn't have all modcons

Adequate
The accommodation was adequate but a bit run down and quite cramped. Multiple power boards and double adapters in such an old room made us nervous. About 10 words were said on checkin but otherwise did not see any staff. Breakfast basic but ok.

It is a old house and looked it with some peeling wallpaper but lovely views and checking in and out was efficient. We did not have time to stay for breaking.
