This property was above and far beyond anything I could have expected. The staff was amazing and so welcoming and accommodating. The resort has everything you could ever need. There really is no need to leave. The lagoon is open 24/7 which we loved. Room service is available 24/7. There is valet parking and the staff is always available to drive you to and from your room in the little golf cars. The food is amazing and the breakfast buffet is phenomenal with everything you could ever think of as an option. I really can’t say enough about this resort. My husband and I went for our honeymoon and we want to come back with our family. I can’t find one thing to complain about. Our time here was amazing!

Resort was very clean all restaurants we used were spotless and food was lovely. Staff were amazing greeting you by name, service was excellent. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Only 2 very minor issues. The air conditioning in the room is very loud but works well, take ear plugs. Room service, cleaning, towels or replacements every time they knocked one of us were in the shower or getting dressed ready for the evening meal so had to keep declining. We were only there 2 nights so not really a problem. The resort is beautiful and our swim up room was amazing. Take beach shoes as the sand is sharp. I will return on my next visit to Dubai.

Our room was not ready at check-in, however after some discussion they gave us a family room instead, which was really good and our son enjoyed having his own room and tent. After the initial hiccup they really made up for it and we had a great time

It was way below the expectations. Right from the start we were directed to different gate for checkin.. main lobby didn’t receive us. We had to wait almost 1 hour to get into the room. After we reached at standard Time 12noon. Whenever we asked for water they always provided late and less than asked. After hanging clean my room for more than 4 hours as well they didn’t clean the room. I won’t recommend this hotel neither will return. It was really like a deluxe hotel and service was very dreadful. Spa was very limited with such huge space for spa nothing much to offer.

Negative: The hotel is showing its age and in need of renovation. Mold is present around the pool. The air conditioning is not adjustable. The room has a slightly musty smell. The bed is far too soft, so you practically sink into it. Not a good choice for individual travelers, as the hotel accommodates many families with children. The price/performance ratio is not up to 5-star standards compared to other hotels; it's far too expensive for what you get. Positive: The Mekong Restaurant and the individual breakfast at the Revo Cafe, where the team, especially Rabby, provided excellent service and the food was of good quality. Housekeeping and the bell staff also do a good job.

Unique experience !

I tried 2 different rooms and i am happy i did. If you look for ok room with reasonable budget then residence is good. Not fancy but has all amenities of five star hotel, house keeping was good. If you look for luxurious experience and the unique logoon experience then go for lagoon room direct access, otherwise try both like i did. Lagoon room was very nice, size, design & , feeling of real vacation. The amenities were super. Room service was good & tasty. Now the customer service can be improved. It took me few calls and long waiting to get simple things done like delivering luggage and so. The Spa was super nice, very nice therapists (Thi & Indian ladies both were so good) the facilities good, steam was under maintenance. Rest were good, i recommend Turkish hamam experience. The Saloon has good fast service. The restaurants were good but the highlight of my trip was the Asian restaurant, i visited it twice and i will do again when ever i visit Dubai, it is that good. Food is super! Service was amazing, ambience and live music adds alot to the experience. I would highly recommend the Pomelo salad (was recommended by the waiter) sticky mango rice (it was perfect)! Thanks for all specially Tommy & Baifern ! Also the vegan burger at Australian restaurant was a surprise! It was one of the best i had!

Pretty decent hotel.

Size of room excellent. Nice food options. Staff lovely. The 24hr lagoon pools are by far the very best feature.
