Disappointed.
The hotel is in a convenient location, and the bed was comfortable. However, the pool ares was being painted and therefore not accessible. The breakfast was severely lacking. We were there for 3 mornings and arrived at breakfast at around 8 am each day. Breakfast is served from 6:30-9:30. One would think that it would be well stocked at 8. There was never a crowd at that time, yet there was dirty, empty's pans for sausage and potatoes and biscuits, and the eggs were either almost gone or old and overcooked. The gravy was congealed. And yet, on our final morning after having only overcooked eggs along with cereal as our options, as we were preparing to leave we observed that there were the full options available for the neighbors in our hall. At 9:30?? In addition, on this final morning, with our “Not Ready Yet” sign on our door, housekeeping came knocking at 7:30. Why? She didn’t say. Disappointed. Won’t be staying here again.

Had to be given different room since key wouldn’t work. Toilet paper roll is about 2.5-3 feet away from toilet, had to manually turn on tv since the on button wouldn’t work, coffee pot wasn’t plugged in from the back of basket it was in even tho cord was behind large dresser.

Severely disappointed.
It was not good. Had a medical procedure done that morning so asked if I could check in a half hour early. They said the room wasn’t clean due to there only being 2 cleaning rooms. Then at 3pm, room still wasn’t ready. Finally just after 4pm it was finally ready. Then there was hair on the wall in the bathroom, towels were not completely restocked, and closet had not been cleaned as there was dirty towels hanging in there. I didn’t get the room I requested which was the first time that has ever happened. Never had this type of experience before at a Holiday Inn Express. Will not be staying at this location again.

Watch your Drivers License and Credit Card
It really bothered me that the Clerk checking me in took my D.L and my Amex card and made photo copy of it. She said it was for security against Fraud. After thinking about it for 20minutes I went back to the Front Desk and asked to see. As she stated it was stapled to my reservation. Which still made me nervous so I asked her to cross out my License # and my credit card cvc…. I have Never Seen this before! With all my travels if this is the Hotels protocol! will never book with them again good way to go Shopping with my information
