The room was beautiful and a nice view. Not full sea view as requested though, only partial view. Room was clean and had free water, wine, and fruit waiting for me. Pools and beach were beautiful. Beach restaurant was amazing. Gift shop was full of items and reasonably priced. However, the front desk people were not very friendly or helpful. When I asked for excursions, she said there were none. On my last day I found the guest services room and found there were many excursions available. When I asked for room service info, she said abruptly there was no room service menu. Offered no other info. When trying to get my return to the US Covid test, the front desk just said to sit in the lobby and wait for them to arrive to do the test. After waiting 45 minutes, he still said they would come. I gave up. When I asked the Guest Services lady, who was very nice and helpful, she said they don't come to the hotel. I had to travel by bus to get to them for the test. So the front desk gave me totally wrong information. I didn't purchase the all inclusive room and the front desk never gave me any information on how I could get meals and how much they would cost. Had to find out on my own. No hotel information given such as a map to find things on property, cost of meals, how to get clubs for mini golf, etc.
