There was no running water throughout the hotel, Expedia could not get in touch with the hotel management. Ended up moving to another hotel and did not get money back for the nights we didn’t stay.

the room assigned to me I found that they used it from storage, inside was the cleaning service car, there was disorder, I did not accept the room, I went to get another hotel, I demand a refund of my money

Dirty rooms. First one had bodily hair all over the sheets and trash containers were full. Got changed to another one that was just slightly better. Asked for new bed sheets since the original ones were badly stained. Shower splashes all over the bathroom floor with nothing to hold water in. Parking is free but literally on the sidewalk with limited spaces. NO elevator, have fun carrying your luggage upstairs to the second or third floor and back down.

Very nice place,good prices, everything around and easy to go places. I will recommend this place to friends.

Muy buena experiencia, hotel bonito, con muchas cosas cercanas. Si recorren el sector se encontraran con muchas cosas buenas turisticas y comerciales. Buen acceso a movilizacion publica y ambiente relajado para descansar. El servicio es excelente.

Se tenia que hablar a cada rato para pusieran el agua caliente. Las sabanas estaban sucias, y el baño también.

Muy buena ubicación

No me gusto nada de este establecimiento, cuando llegamos mis papás (60 años) y yo al lugar las habitaciones no estaban listas a las 8 pm cuando el check in iniciaba mucho antes, nos ofrecieron en primer lugar unas habitaciones con sábanas sucias, la habitación apestosa como a pintura o a fumigación, las ventanas no tenían mosquitero, y había muchisimos mosquitos; cuando le comentamos al recepcionista en primera ocasión dijo que así eran y que le hiciéramos como quisiéramos, e incluso se burló porque teníamos altos estándares para sus estrellas, tuvimos que quejarnos por teléfono y mandaron a traer al gerente el cual ya estaba descansando, ya que el recepcionista era un incompetente y grosero además; este hotel parece hotel de paso, y lo ofertan como familiar, mejor evítense la molestia de reservar! Al final dos horas después los ubicaron en mejores habitaciones pero con todo el desgaste que habíamos pasado sobretodo con dos personas de la tercera edad, la verdad es un dolor de cabeza!
