Very bad experience

The AC doesn't works well during the first night, another rooms complaint about the same situation. It ran from 15:00 to 22:30 without any major improvement. The frontdesk movr us for 1 night to another room for the nigjt but mist go back the fay after. They want to fix it for the second night but i refuse and ask for refund... They doesn't agree! I just want to go out from this hotel since i do not trust them at all... If the repaot is bad i will be stick for the night... And this is a situation i do not want to play with. The guy at the front desk insult me and my wife saying we didn't know about this kind of old hotel (1901) and just want to use the situation to justify oir request for refund... I DON'T CARE ABOUT THIS OLD STYLE HOTEL I JIST NEED A FUNCTIONAL AC! I hate people not respecting us... STAY AWAY FROM THIS HOTEL IF YOU WANT GOOD TIME. Finally we quit without refund... And we were happy!

Older hotel but somewhat well maintained. Room was clean. Big plus was a seperate heating thermostat for the shower area. Like many old hotels floors were a bit squeaky. Bed frame was also very squeaky. Continental breakfast is very basic and hostess is little overbearing, hard to have piece and quiet while eating.

It was a last minute booking and we cant say we enjoyed our stay. Its a rustic, older building but it could use a but a freshness in terms of colour, odor and brightness. At a height of 5'5", i couldnt stand up everywhere in the room and i wont talk about getting ready to go out. Restaurent menu was good and the host was great but 1 night was enough.

The manager was very helpfull and polite, but the room are not well renovated, no USB , no spare plug , bath and shower in the room not a very practical, they say room renovated since what 1912 ….??? If donne since 2000 throw the architecte and the workers out it not practical and not well done. there is other manoir in the region better. Do not rent a room there

J’ai adoré le souper, belle ambiance… fondue excellente! Serveuses étaient souriantes! Cependant, le déjeuner continental… c’était un peu décevant. J’aurais aimé qu’on puisse avoir du fromages, fromage à la crème, Baguel, muffin, croissant… les seuls protéines étaient le beurre d’arachide et le yogourt. J’aurais payer l’extra :)

Belle vue dans une vieille bâtisse

Étape correcte, proche de la baie, ce qui offre une belle vue sur la terrasse du 1er niveau de l'établissement, et une balade possible directement à pied pour longer le bord de l'eau. La taille de la chambre était très correcte pour 3, par contre l'établissement est dans son jus, les peintures sont hors du temps, les installations aussi, il faut garder à l'esprit que c'est un hôtel historique, mais un rafraichissement serait un gros plus. Accueil remarquable et très chaleureux par Yvan (ou Yvon.. Pardon si je me trompe) qui donnerait le sourire à tout un village à lui tout seul !

À notre arrivé personne à l’accueil le lit n’étais pas propre … l’endroit a besoin de beaucoup d’amour malgré l’effet antique de l’endroit je croit qu’il pourrais avoir plus de rénovation plafond qui coule , peu de chaise pour sassoir à la piscine et des vieux coussins déchirer … Le lit et oreiller très de base et les mur son en carton donc on entend tous des voisins … aucune chance de faire dodo le matin ! Bref quand même un belle endroit le personnel sympathique et proche du fleuve ! Le petit déjeuner et bon
