The room was clean but the noise of neighbors in the night was unbearable.

Location! right in center of town. Walking distance to everything and lake area. Great breakfast to start your day. big bang for your buck

Very well located for the centre of Konstanz. Close to bus stop and train at Kreuzlinger or Konstanz. Well decorated and modern. Staff are friendly. Breakfast very tasty. We stayed in August and the rooms were very hot with no air conditioning, and no fans available. The maids were excellent. But you cannot get a meal in the hotel in the evening or even a coffee is awkward as the machine is switched off early. Lots of guests smoke so smoke can drift into your room from someone on their balcony. Not all rooms have a balcony we stayed one week but we had no balcony. It is a good hotel but better for a weekend stay than a full week.

First and foremost this room was clean and the breakfast provided was great. During a cooler time of year I would consider staying at this property again. However, during warm weather you should know there is no AC available and the residential neighborhood is rather noisy. That makes for a rough night of sleep when you must keep the windows wide open. Additionally, parking is packed like a sardine can but convenient once you get your car parked and intend to not drive again before leaving. This location is minutes from the Swiss border and a fairly convenient walk to the water front and old town.

Difficult check in and hotel provided two of he smallest rooms available depite minimal occupancy. Parking expensive and breakfast was poor.

An interesting place to stay; we were very much looking forward to staying here based on the online photos. The staff are completed disinterested - don't expect them to pay any attention. You can wait at reception, but if the staff are on the phone, your presence won't even be acknowledged. Food will completely run out at breakfast (regardless of what time you attend), and the only way you can get it replenished is if you ask the staff, who will look at you with disdain and only replace the one item you mention. No effort to actually see what else needs replacing. The rooms are tiny, particularly the bathrooms, and the walls paper thin, ensuring you hear EVERY SOUND made by your neighbours. This made for some interesting nocturnal sounds. The beds are also very uncomfortable. The positives? Close to the lake and for walks through the town. Some great restaurants nearby. The housekeeping staff also keep the rooms immaculate.

Comfortable room! Old fashioned WiFi which is tricky to log into.

Gut gelegenes und schönes Hotel. Hat alles was man benötigt und ist für einen Städtetrip sehr geeignet.

Gute Lage, alles konnte problemlos zu Fuss erreicht werden. mit Liebe dekoriert. Haben beim Frühstücksbuffet viel Mehraufwand betrieben betreffend Corona, Hut ab! Haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Koffer deponieren war kein Problem. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Es ist unmittelbar am Rand der Fussgängerzone, perfekt gelegen.
