Majestic Beach Resort by Royal American Beach Getaways

The room was very comfortable but a little outdated. Great view. WiFi was fine. We did not use the TV but the channel selection card listed an abundance of available stations. I was disappointed in the 3rd party booking agent. The add on fees and mandatory costs almost doubled the price of the room and you don’t know it until you confirm and they charge your card. Remote checkin was very convenient and the sugar white beach was right out the back door. Sunsets were absolutely beautiful.

Loved staying here! Beautiful view off the balcony it was very clean & well appointed. A couple of things: The cabinet door under kitchen sink is loose on right side its barely attached, also the hairdryer in the bathroom needs anchored to the wall its about to fall off. Toilet paper holder is loosey goosey, every time you would use toilet paper the roll would just fall off, no cooking utensils besides a ladle :( Over all it was a nice stay! Just needs a little maintenance here and there.

The room was great, it was clean and had everything we needed other than some little things like scissors and good knives. Gorgeous view of the ocean off our balcony! We were very disappointed that we were almost the only guests wearing masks though and even more upset that most of the staff weren't wearing masks. We were just wanting to get away and enjoy a much-needed break while still being careful and social distancing. We didn't go out to eat or do anything to put ourselves at risk, so it really sucks when the hotel you're staying at can't be bothered to put their guests at ease by simply enforcing that their employees and guests wear masks while in the building. I would've given 5 stars if they had made some effort to keep their guests safe during a world wide pandemic.

I don’t like the security of the parking lot they are not good at that job ..

Bad service for parking pass bands acces for the besch seets not good im not come back not more to this condominium

EXCELLENT!! Excellent excellent EXCELLENT. Everything about the Majestic Resort was one of a kind. We will definitely stay here every chance we get for vacation. Clean, great location, on the beach, beach views. Just everything about our stay was awesome. Also parking is included. There were so many small things we loved about our stay including not having to carry a key around everyday. It was also very safe. Thank you to Expedia as well for great updates and ensuring we had a great stay!

Loved the privacy on balcony. Loved the secure entrance. Did not like not having a peephole to see who was at door. Didn’t like that we were led to believe health club & Theater were available for our use at no extra charge.

OVERALL it was a great stay however it would of been nice to know the hassel you have to go through first you have to check in down the road at a complete different place ... the people at the desk at majestic dont seem to help to much all they could say was well the rooms here but we dont have anything to do with it you have to go through royal ... no very close handicap parking spots so we had to make multply trips to go get the car and drive to the front doors Bar and grill closed for the season The gift shop inside only open like 8a to noon Just things I think people staying would like to know

The pool was cold and we can’t get in to the pool that’s only but everything was ok
