La infraestructura muy bonita alberca excelente, Lo único es que la habitación no cuenta con frigobar, no hay tampoco cafetera,
Pero el colchón muy confortable, la limpieza también adecuada

Apto para mascotas, sin vista al mar desde mi habitación. La relación costo:beneficio no parece justa. Lamentablemente vivimos un sismo en la estancia, varias fallas en servicios a raiz de ello (lo cual puede comprenderse) pero el personal con actitud inadecuada ante la contingencia (justificaron no habia toallas, no hacer limpieza y no revisar grietas por sismo debido a estar saturados de trabajo).

encontramos cucarachas en el cuarto, el sábado el hotel tuvo una boda y la musica a todo volumen hasta las 6 de la mañana imposible dormir. solicitamos cenar y no nos querían atender

La limpieza del hotel es buena, sin embargo, hubo un inconveniente que me parece un tanto delicado, en la habitación donde me hospedaba junto con mi madre, a las cuatro de la mañana de la nada alguien abrió nuestra puerta, nos espantamos muchísimo, porque habíamos puesto el seguro, cuando se dieron cuenta que habíamos despertado, de inmediato cerraron la puerta e incluso se quedó atorada una toalla que yo tenía junto al clóset y la puerta… eso evento sinceramente me hizo cuestionarme muchísimo sobre el tema de la seguridad en ese hotel, Más siendo mujeres quienes nos hospedábamos en esa habitación.

Ideal para pasar una vacaciones de relajación. Un excelente servicio por parte del personal y en general las instalaciones en buen estado. Está muy sola la carretera para regresar noche al hotel.
