Plaza Hotel Alexandria

Good place, very friendly staff, clean and very good service.

It’s location is superb. It has many bad things as: 1. The bathroom always have very bad smell. 2. No heated water although we are in winter. 3. The catering in the room is too poor that I didn’t find water bottles in my room and i had to ask for it, also only 2 tea bags 2 nescafe for whole 2 person/night. 4. When I asked for slippers, I found that the slippers they brought me were torn down!! 5. The breakfast buffet had very limited choices and many things tasted bad as if they were old not fresh.

very helpful and polit staff. I like everything in Plaza hotel, My staying in this hotel was very very good. the room was very clean and quite. the staff ( reception guys and ladies, house keeping & room service) are amazing. the location is the best. breakfast is very good. but the only one thing that need to develop is the network , it is a little bit slow but its okay. thank you Plaza hotel , I will stay again :)

I'm happy with my 3 nights stayiny in Plaza hotel. - cleaning is very good - room service is very fast and helpful - breakfast is very good and many options there - the cost is not too much - the net work is too slow & the wifi as well. - the hotel parking is small overall, everything was good. highly recommended

Idid not like the property room is small and bad smile came from The foyer Also room was booked with breakfast when I arrived they said no breakfast I have to pay to go the beach which was not explained in the web The set on the web completely different than in the hotel I will not recommend to any one of my friends and when I asked to leave therefuce

Front desk staff, bellman and security excellent. I would recommend having your breakfast included with your room rate because it was fantastic. Great value. Only disappointment was the housecleaning. It was an easy fix when I called down to the front desk to ask for help with extra towels or shampoo they would send someone up right away. The location was great next to the four seasons hotel which you would be able to access their beach across the street . Wonderful views

Very good location near San Stifano Mall. Hotel is clean and room cleanliness is acceptable. Views from a sea view room are beautiful. Try to get a room 8th floor or above to reduce road noise. On the negative side the management is very old fashioned so expect some non sense. Breakfast is low in choice and quality but the nearby mall offers some choices.
