Total Let Down.....never going again
From the time of check-in to checkout everytime time there were issues.
1) long time to checkin....on one desk 2 guests being entertained....it seemed like a railway counter
2) food hardly came in the hot trolley unless I asked for it
3) upgraded self to club room to be told i have to pay for premium wifi whereas it was free
4) had put a request during booking but no response from hotel on it....had to remind them 3 times which literally spoilt the mood
5) we were a couple booked but everytime food came it was with one napkin only in the cutlery set
6) food wise.....only pasta was good...rest like briyani, tikka, gulab jamun not even worth it.....gulab jamun for example, we told wanted it mildly hot....it was cold and stretchy by the time it came to our room...we left it after a bite
Never again to this property of Taj....it has let us down and spoilt the image of Taj in front of us.
