Excelente local, infra estrutura para adultos excelente. Fomos em all inclusive e fomos surpresos pela qualidade da comida (bebidas nao inclusas). Piscinas adultos e infantis enormes com spa e ofuro para adultos. Porem a parte infantil encontrava-se sem manutencao, aparentando abandonada. Esse foi nosso unico lamento. Funcionarios cordiais e atenciosos. Voltaremos com certeza caso a parte infantil seja rejuvenescida.

Já foi bom
Caiu muito. Estive nesse hotel há alguns meses e correu tudo ótimo. Já nessa estadia o total descaso e grosseria do staff chamou a atenção não apenas minha mas a de muitos hóspedes, pois sempre que ia na recepção havia alguém reclamando de algo. Para começar, na reserva solicitei que meu quarto ficasse próximo à sede, pois em minha última estadia me colocaram no chalé mais longe de todos, e era necessário andar muito para chegar lá. Para minha surpresa eu estava no PENÚLTIMO. Pedi pra trocar, pois eu era umas das primeiras do checkin, disseram que não era possível pois as datas de entrada e saída dos demais quartos eram diferentes. Detalhe: era um checkin na sexta e um checkout no domingo. Acredito que mais da metade do hotel estava nessas mesmas datas, inclusive um casal que estava conosco e cujo quarto era mais perto que o meu, sem que eles tivessem feito qualquer solicitação. Após muito suplicar, me colocaram num quarto mediano, nem perto nem tão longe da sede, mas atrasaram meu checkin em 1 hora pois devia ser uma mudança dificílima. Mais tarde pedi um prato é uma faca pra corta um queijo que havia levado e me fizeram assinar uma comanda, sob a alegação que muitos hóspedes roubavam essas peças. Com as taças de vinho foi a mesma coisa, sendo que as taças que nos deram eram minúsculas, de vinho do Porto. Isto fora toda a grosseria do staff no geral me fazem não querer voltar ao Bomtempo. Estrutura boa, hotel bonito, mas staff mau humorado, inflexível e um total descaso.

Foi incrível,fui com esposo e meu filho de 8 anos,que se divertiu muito,lugar incrível,muitas atividades para crianças,eu amei minha estadia,ficaria mais dias,mais tive q voltar. TDS atendem nossas necessidades rapidamente,comida do restaurante bem cara,e centro fica um pouco longe,mais nada q um iFood não resolva,pode pedir sem problemas.. No geral foi muito bom,lugar silencioso,bom p descansar.. E melhor é que Vc se hospeda no bomtempo 2 e VC tem day use no castelo de itaipava e no bomtempo chalé 1... Vale a pena ir conhecer,uns 20 minutos de carro.. Muito bom mesmo,somente a tirolesa não funciona,está em manutenção,mais meu filho consegui usar no castelo de itaipava,que tem desconto para quem está hospedado no bomtempo...

O hotel é lindo com boas instalações. Tudo muito limpo. A piscina é ótima e a água estava morna, não tenho certeza se pelo calor ou se tem aquecimento. O restaurante a amplo e oferece boa opções, porém não é muito barato. Destaques positivos: cordialidade dos funcionários tanto do hotel quanto do restaurante, destaque para funcionária Dandara que resolveu com muita gentileza um problema com meu prato,piscina limpa e banheiras também, espaço de lazer enorme, rodeado de muito verde, quarto cheiroso, roupas de cama de boa qualidade e cheirosa, ar condicionado funcionando bem. Destaques negativos: a casinha de crianças tem brinquedos um pouco velhos,a sauna não tem entrada independente, a entrada é pelos banheiros. Quem entrasse no banheiro masculino conseguia,pela sauna ter acesso ao banheiro feminino(uma doideira só)mas se vc não for tarado por sauna, terá uma estadia muito agradável, a academia também não é boa. Poucos aparelhos bem velhos, não funcionam, e aberta, como estava muito calor, estava suando muito, mas eu simplesmente desisti e fui viver a piscina maravilhosa. A estrada de acesso é estreita e requer atenção, preferimos ficar no hotel por causa disso.

Não gostamos, não tinha recreação para 10 anos, quarto não estava bem limpo, só tinha piscina e as quadras de padel e tênis, comida cara que não valia muito a pena, ar condicionado velho e pingando, box sujo, lixeira do banheiro quebrada, enfim, não foi uma boa opção. Não voltaríamos.

Péssima experiência
Fechei suíte com hidro. Qdo a liguei retornou uma água imunda com cheiro de esgoto. Meu filho de 4 anos estava dentro d’agua. Foi horrível. Exigimos (e conseguimos) troca de quarto. Um casal de amigos que estava no quarto ao lado teve o quarto inundado pela chuva (tb trocou de quarto). A tirolesa e a parede de escalada não estavam funcionando. O restaurante tem um cardápio salgado com pouquíssimas opções (e não deixam comer comida de fora do restaurante nas áreas com mesa). Ou seja, te obrigam a comer comida deles durante toda a Estadia mas não oferecem qualidade. O hotel tem um potencial incrível, mas a sensação é que não há nenhum investimento. Toalhas velhas pra piscina, grama alta (enquanto estive estavam cortando - mas se pensar que fui no meio da alta temporada, já deviam ter cortado). O quarto da suíte tinha fungo (cogumelo) no rodapé. Muita teia de aranha.
