This was our 2nd time staying here after our great experience in 2022. Everyone was very nice and accommodating. The room was clean, and the pool was great!
I am not one to complain, but somehow, this time around there was a new front desk staff member who never smiled and gave us an unwelcome greeting with a negative attitude during our entire week-long stay. Every time we asked for ice or requested something, or greeted her by saying good morning, she had an attitude on her face, as if she was not happy with her job or just didn't like us.
The rest of the previous staff always showed a positive and welcoming vibe to us, which was great. Keep this up, guys! We came back because of the pleasant and smiling staff.
The Wi-Fi network, which all the guests staying had to share, as there wasn't individual Wi-Fi in the rooms, always had a weak connection. So, I had to use an extra international data plan with my own mobile carrier.
The hotel restaurant, ISOLANA, had breakfast that was not too bad, but we wanted to try the Margarita Pizza Oven-cooked 12-inch pizza. Sorry to say, it tasted terrible, had no flavor, the pizza dough was like rubber, and there was no fresh basil. It cost us $24. However, their morning smoothies were great.
