Friendly as they normally are and i was late in they gave me an upgrade in the room They are always very good to me. And the accomodation is always clean

Always friendly,Staff are fantastic always wanting to help when they can. Good to have a laugh and chat and a joke with.These Staff that are very attentive and try hard to listen to you if there are any problems for your accomodation that need dealing with. The Property is always Clean Rooms always clean and fresh and some one always cleans the rooms during your stay.The kitchen has seating and always clean and well cared for. I would highly recommend this place i have been coming for a number of years and they have always been very good to me.Their is a cafe on floor level and the bar is downstairs attached to the motel as well. The Down site here is: There is no parking on site you have to find parking in 1 of the areas closeby. Plenty of transport to go any where.this is a fantastic friendly welcoming little place to stay at come try it out its great.

The staff here are always great give you their time and they will chat to you. I have stayed here many times and they have always been good to me and looked after me the place is always clean neat and tidy .They always go the extra mile to help you to see what they can do for you.

I was satisfied with every thting. they could keep much luggage after check-out. Shower room was cleaner than I thought. The price was super low though the location is very good.

Fantastic hostel, clean and spacious, showers great, reception staff lovely - very convenient for trains trams and buses and all local Tourist sites easy to access

Happened to come on a long weekend and the place was packed. It’s a good hostel however can get noisy. Location is good and there is daily cleaning service

We had a twin room with shared bathroom. The beds were comfortable. The cleanliness could be better. We were on the 2nd floor and the ladies bathroom only had one toilet stall with a seat. A repair of the other 2 toilets would have been nice. Large amount of fridge and cooking space available in the common kitchen. Overall happy with my stay.

I really loved the staff at this hostel (legends!), but overall I don’t reckon I would choose this place again. Although there is nothing wrong with a young crowd, they typically focus more on creating partying-type vibes rather than promoting a more open and sociable atmosphere that makes it easy to meet other travellers. I think as a result, the bulk of their guests are very young and seldom by themselves. The location was a bit far from a lot of what I wanted to do, but fortunately the train and tram system was just across the street. I didn’t feel welcome in the sense of meeting other solo travellers and wish they offered different events to get their guests together. I was hoping for that with my first time in a hostel.

Hello Max at the reception is the best Eva he is always very helpful and works so hard he needs to be mentioned on here, he always do a lot for me and my husband wen we always come and stay at WakeUp that is why we always return to see him and the cleaners are the best as well there cleaning is the best and the service at reception is the bomb thank u Max & ur staff luv ur work
