I stay there every time I go to Bangkok awesome hotel very centralized to everything that I needed… great staff… excellent housekeeping staff rooms are super clean. Showers are the best in Bangkok… very happy overall and they also have a grocery store on the first floor… 5 stars for me for the money…

I was there 6 days and 5 with no WiFi. The staff was apathetic and even told me sarcastically the “department of WiFi” was working on it. Every day it was going to be the next day. The room is also advertised as soundproofed. That’s a joke. Every sound in the hallways (and it was constant) reverberated through the room. When I showered, the water flooded the adjacent toilet area. I reported it to the front desk and someone came to check. He put
The shower head directly on top of the drain and it drained fine. I tried to explain to him that the issue was when water was all over the floor it didn’t drain, it went into the other area. Just
Like the WiFi, no resolution. Housekeeping did end up putting a towel between the areas which reduced the water by 30%. The actual Towels and bedding need to be refreshed I had to avoid getting them too close to my face or the smell would convince me they weren’t clean. Overall I was very disappointed with this hotel. Advertised as 4 stars but doesn’t rate 2. I do want to commend the young lady working the desk. She tried to be helpful and was friendly. I don’t know who manages this hotel but they should visit and look at it through the eyes of a guest. To advertise WiFi and soundproof rooms when there was no effort to provide either is deceptive. The WiFi WAS working for the hotel office and security. I could see it when I tried to access it. I’m guessing they turn off guest access to save money?

The area around the hotel was third world. Felt unsafe every time we walked out the front door, got followed by a creepy man who was definitely trying to snatch my wife's purse. Breakfast was very poor and the room was below standard for a city hotel. Would not recommend this hotel for females & westerners.
