Accessible, clean and friendly staff
Overall the hotel was nice..staff was helpful..i just wish they had more amenities like body lotion, shower cap and more..these would help lessen the things need to be brought during travel.

Nice little place that I would use again.
The hotel is quite close to the JR main station, but you won't find it by accident. The logo is Vi for Via inn, you have to get quite close to see the full name on the door. It's a compact width hotel, right next to a Family Mart store. The staff are friendly, the room is about average for Japan, i.e. small but functional. You get a small fridge, a kettle and tea/coffee ingredients, all the usual bathroom items, and a decent breakfast.You also get wired and wireless internet.

Breakfast is reasonable good for this room rate.
The room air conditioning appears out not reacting to the thermostat setting. Setting at 22C end up heating up the room to more than 28C. There's no English hotel name visible from a distant.

Poor customer service and never ever again
Was being treated terrible and horrible by Reception. I made two seperate bookings as the number of people of staying are different. At the very first day of check in, I reminded the staff to assigned same room for us for the connecting booking as the room type is exact the same and the staff said it is ok. However, on the day of next booking, I was requested to clear up all my baggage at 10 then check in back to the same room at 3. I don't see where's the point. I have requested the first day of having continuation of staying on the same room which I have already paid for. The most terrifying is that the rude behavior of the reception staff and throwing back the key to us which shocked us the most. Can't imagine with high standard of customer service in Japan would exist with such poorly behaved staff. Please take appropriate action to the concerned staff or no one will stay again at your hotel.
