Amazing place, in the heart of Lucerne. The room is perfect to be with family, I strongly recommend this place, enormous, with a great kitchen. The only point there isn't a lift to access the room.

Bonne situation, mais bruyant !
La fenêtre de notre chambre donnait dans une ruelle où étaient entreposées les poubelles d'un restaurant voisin. Les employés dudit restaurant y déposaient bruyamment des verres vides et autres détritus tous les quarts d'heures jusqu'à plus d'une heure du matin. Nous avons dû fermer la fenêtre pour essayer de dormir. Durant la période estivale, cela aurait été impossible de dormir ! Dommage, surtout que l'appartement est confortable, bien équipé et qu'il est très bien situé.

Komfortabel zurückziehen, mitten in der Stadt
Supergeräumig, mitten in der Altstadt, aber trotzdem auf modernstem Stand, ein ganz besonderes Flair! Rezeption etwas umständlich (Anfang September 2020), aber in wenigen Schritten erreichbar (auf die Uhrzeit achten - 24 h besetzt, aber an zwei verschiedenen Orten). Vorsicht, Appartement im 4. Stock, Aufzug habe ich nicht gesehen. Schade, mein Aufenthalt war nur 2 Tage lang, hier kann man es hervorragend auch länger aushalten. Sehr ruhig. obwohl mitten in der Stadt.

The apartment was great. A large size with all the amenities, we only stayed 3 nights but would have been perfect to stay for several weeks. The location in the Altstadt is close to everything and it is easily walkable from the train station. Very reasonably priced. By far the best place we stayed at in Europe. We did not have breakfast in the restaurant as the kitchen was fully equipped for us to provide all our meals for ourselves. The supermarket is also just around the corner. A big bonus is the washing machine and dryer. The only negative, as with some European hotels is the absence of a lift. However the stairs are roomy and we were assisted with our luggage on arrival. Day to day the stairs are fine. If I'm ever back in Lucerne this will be the first place I would stay.

Centrally situated in Altstadt in one of the old squares. Spacious, clean one bedroomed apartment with separate lounge/kitchen with plenty of room for 3. Well equipped kitchen. Friendly staff & breakfast included.
