The staff were very nice and the location superb. We stayed at one of the house rental properties. There were a few issues--the wifi did not work. Not at all. We were told to move it to a different part of the house and that still had the box showing "red" and no connection. This was somewhat a negative impact due to cell service being a bit spotty at best in the UP. Also, we had a bit of a cleanliness issue in the bedrooms--snack foods under the bed and table. I would stay again for the reasons I listed--friendly staff, amazing location for traveling and positioning on the bay.

Will not be back
It served the purpose! No frills. Carpet was filthy, had a strange noise of knocking/ticking all night long. Housekeeping only comes upon check out. Breakfast is “on the go.” Rude Sunday morning office worker. Location was good and the view was beautiful. That’s it.

View was wonderful. Room was ok. Was told there would be continental type breakfast. There wasn’t even any coffee. That was a disappointment. Tiara was very nice. The young lady the next morning, not so much.

This is a unique, retro property with a great harbor view and only a few minutes from downtown Munising.

What a gem! The picture window in our room looked right out onto the bay... patrons gathered on the lawn in the evening to watch the sun set on provided lawn furniture... took me back to a much simpler time. The furnishings were simple but all that we needed. The beds were comfortable and the shower had hot water. Close to attractions. There may be a high rise hotel going in next door but this will be my choice next visit!
