I was only there over night so I could get to the ADO terminal for an early bus. Staff was very helpful and spoke decent English. The room was well-appointed with a queen bed, AC, TV and a desk area. Everything worked well. The wifi seemed to be decent, although I didn't use it much. There's a restaurant basically next door and the hotel information book offers several delivery choices, along with room service. Showers had ample hot water and pressure. I left too early for breakfast, but they had started cooking and it looked and smelled good. They have a coffee machine with free fresh-brewed coffee and a water cooler for drinking water. They also have a candy/pop machine (with bottled water as well) and the usual ice machine. All in all, a very nice hotel. I'd like to go back when I have more time to hang out and explore.

Very small size of the room. The bed was not too much confortable.

Staff was attentive and kind, the hotel is pretty basic but you mostly have what you need to have a pleasant time while there, there's always coffee and tea available, breakfast is included and comes with juice, coffee, pastries, fruit, yogurt, cottage cheese, eggs, toast. The only thing I consider can be improved is the pillows wich are small and flat. Close to a convenient store, bars, restaurants and shopping mall.
