King Lodge

King lodge had beautiful rooms but what really stood out was their spacious restroom and showers. Very lovely room! We also had a very early flight, and had to leave at 3 o’clock in the morning. Not only did the concierge offer to give us a wake up call in the morning but arranged for a taxi pick up for us. The staff has a great worth ethic and is dedicated to providing a comfortable and relaxing environment for the guests. The hotel is in a well to do neighborhood and is about a 5 to 7 euro cab ride to Plaka neighborhood in the center of Athens. Definitely recommend this hotel!

New hotel, clean dna comfortable. A bit far from places to eat.

This is a modern, quiet hotel with delightful staff and comfortable rooms. The balcony is spacious and peaceful, overlooking a fountain in the garden alongside neighboring rooftops. The bathroom is well worth mention, with ultra-modern design and fixtures. It is about a 20-minute walk to the Panormou subway station which gets you to the Acropolis and main tourist area with one train change. The hotel is in a residential street near a business-oriented area so dining nearby is more limited than the tourist areas. (Eating breakfast at the hotel lets you start your day without fuss. You’ll be out & about the rest of the day.) But to us the quiet and cleanliness was well worth the logistical challenge.

This hotel was one of the most inexpensive we have found. Yet, the rooms were very clean and comfortable. Although it might be a little further away from the center of Athens than other hotels, there is a metro station (Panormo) near by (15 minutes away walking) that will get you to all the main attractions very quickly.

We enjoyed the quite residential setting. The staff was very helpful and made our stay completely comfortable.

The room was very clean and comfortable and the shower room was excellent. It’s in an ideal location for access to the sights as there’s a bus stop literally less than a minutes walk from the door. The staff were very friendly and helpful. It was everything we wanted for our week in Athens, would definitely recommend to anyone.

new 4 stars hotel located in Embassies area of Athens, peacesful and highly secured area. large room, confortable and clean, nice and attentive staff. Hotel management needs to include some business services/amenities, i.e. iron machine for those on business travel needing to refresh their suits/shirts for the next day meetings. Overal very pleasant impression, already booked (longer) stay at same place, hope they provide iron this time :)
