Alt var nytt og lekkert. Veldig bra utstyrt. Eneste var problemer med romnøkkelen,vanskelig å få låst opp.

Rent på ankomst, ganske sparsomt utstyrt med bestikk, porselen osv. Ikke alt i leiligheten som i beskrivelsen, manglet f.eks. stekeovn. Byggearbeider hele uka utover dagen.

We had a great stay in our apartment. It was very well equipped but could have done with a fan and the bed was very hard which was ok for me but might be uncomfortable for some. We weren't given any advice about collecting our keys and it was hard to get this information when we arrived but got sorted in the end

Det enda som finns att anmärka på är att innan man checkar in får man hämta nycklarna på ett annat ställe än där man ska bo. Men mycket bra service då personen som jobbade där erbjöd sig att följa oss dit. Fräscht och bra läge. Ett stenkast från gamla stan.

Lägenheten var ny och fräsh. Rent var det vid ankomst då fick man betala extra för städning. Enda negativa med lägenheten var oväsen från bygg i området.

Todella pieni huone ilman sänkyä.

Ebookers ilmoitti varaus vaiheessa, että matka sisältää kaikki verot ja maksut. Matkan maksamisen jälkeen, tuli ilmoitus, että voi olla jotain muita maksuja ja kuten arvata saattaa, kaupungin verot ja siivous kustannukset tulivat vielä päälle. Huoneesta ilmoitettiin että on täysikokoinen jääkaappi ja pakastin. Huoneessa oli pienen pieni jääkaappi, jossa pakastin lokero, joka oli täynnä edellisen asukkaan romua. Myös piti olla parveke, mutta ei ollut. Vessapaperia jouduimme itse ostamaan lisää, sekä saippuaa. Huoneessa ei ollut edes sänkyä, vain levitettävä vuodesohva ja rikkinäiset lakanat! Avaimet piti noutaa eri osoitteesta ja jotta pääsi huoneeseen asti, piti väännellä matkalla kolmea eri lukkoa kolmella eri avaimella useita kierroksia. Ensimmäisen kerran huoneeseen pääsy ja lukkojen sielunelämän ja avaimien järjestyksen arpominen kesti puoli tuntia, hermo meni.. Siihen nähden, että hotelli ei todellakaan ollut halpa, en ole tyytyväinen! Olen nukkunut lukuisissa huomattavasti edullisemmissa hotelleissa ja tämä oli kyllä huonoin kokemus! En suosittele kenellekkään!

Tilausvahvistuksessa ilmoitettiin huoneistossa olevan 1parisänky ja 1vuodesohva,todellisuudessa sohvan yläpuolelta seinästä vedettiin esiin sänky jolloin sohva jäi sängyn alle eli yhtäaikaisesti pystyi käyttämään joko sänkyä tai sohvaa, mielestäni melko harhaanjohtavasti ilmoitettu

Huono asiakaspalvelu

Emme saaneet ensiksi huoneistoa jonka olimme varanneet, eikä sitä meinattu vaihtaa oikeaan. Nukuimme yhden yön pienessä huoneistossa joka oli aiban liian pieni kahdelle vaikka oli kahdelle merkitty. Varattu huoneisto oli sitten paljon parempi. Siivouksen taso ei ollut kovin hyvä ja vessapaperiakaan ei ollut jätetty riittävästi. Sijainti oli hyvä lähellä vanhaa kaupunkia.

Nicht weit zur Altstadt. Man wurde auf anstehende Bauarbeiten nicht „vorgewarnt“ und wurde somit morgens um 7 Uhr von dem unerträglichen Baulärm geweckt.

Dla wytrwalych.

Ja bylem z zona 19 dni. Pierwszy tydzien od rana do popoludnia slychac bylo tylko wiertarki i mlotki. Nie potrzebowalem zadnego budzika. Telewizje mozna bylo ogladac tylko w sluchawkach. O tych halasach powiedzialem w biurze, reakcja byla tylko kartka na drzwiach wejsciowych. Tak i tak nie przestrzegano tej informacji. Nikt z osob odpowiedzialnych nie przyszedl i nie sprawdzil tej sytuacji. Ladny widok i przyjemny dobrze wyposarzony apartament umozliwil nam spedzic tam tyle czasu.

Det är sprillans nya lägenheter man hur. Var noga med att se vilken lägenheten man beställer, det finns en lägenhet med 24kvm och då ingår bara en bäddsoffa o kök i samma rum samt toalett.

Nie ma takiego Hotelu pod podanym adresem

Nie ma takiego adresu jaki podano w potwierdzeniu rezerwacji tj. Jaglana 3/5 Gdańsk. Straciłam dużo czasu na poszukiwanie, ale nie znalazłam hotelu. Nocowałam w innym hotelu na ul. Jaglanej 6. Ponieważ nie był aktywny żaden z telefonów podanych w rezerwacji doszłam do wniosku, że to jest oszustwo i musiałam zablokować kartę płatniczą (podałam numer i kod zabezpieczający przy rezerwacji. Nie pobrano całe szczęście jeszcze żadnych środków z mojego konta. Czy mogliby Państwo wyjaśnić zaistniałą sytuację?

Mycket bra

Trevligt boende nära Gdansks gamla stad, ligger lite avsides. Allt nyrenoverat och full utrustning i kök + gratis WIfi. Mycket fördelaktigt boende för både par,vänner, familjesällskap. Minus för krånglig incheckning då man få hämta nyckel i annan byggnad. Tips: använd GPS istället för att följa deras kartbeskrivning på vart hotellet ligger efter ni hämtat upp nyckel. Värt att veta är att de byggs fortfarande om i stora delar av boendet men deT störde inte nattetid eller morgon. (byggs om i hela Gdansk, spelar ingen roll vart du bor så stöter du på byggarbete)

Un'esperienza negativa. Expedia non positiva.

Indirizzo sbagliato. un quartiere di vecchia edilizia popolare in fase di ristrutturazione, nessuna indicazione sull'alloggio in loco, nessuna possibilità di individuare l'alloggio. Il ceckin in un posto diverso, non segnalato da Expedia né dalla società. Personale scortese e antipatico. Alloggio dentro un complesso in fase di completamento edilizio, rumori tutto il giorno, illuminazione esterna inadeguata, camera da letto priva di tende oscuranti. E non continuo. Le mie rimostranze non sono tanto per Dom&House, un'agenzia sconosciuta di dilettanti allo sbaraglio, quanto per un sito come Expedia che dovrebbe fare un minimo di verifica sulle soluzioni che propone, peraltro abbastanza costose.

Flott og ny leilighet. Ligger fint til. Men skulle ønske at det ble opplyst om at det foregikk bygningsarbeid på bygningen. Det var ganske bråkete til tider.
