Rúmgott herbergi, góð rúm, frábær staðsetning.

Hótelið er mjög gott og vel staðsett. Herbergin vistleg og rúmgóð. Þrifin hefðu mátt vera betri. Óhrein glös ekki alltaf tekin og ný sett í staðinn. Morgunverður misjafn á milli daga.

Great hotel, great location, great staff.

[IS] Virkilega gott og þægilegt hótel í hjarta miðbæjarins. Herbergin hrein og plássrík. Þjónustufólkið mjög hjálplegt. Það albesta við þetta hótel er samt staðsetningin. Hótelið er á aðal göngugötunni þar sem má finna fullt af veitingahúsum og áhugaverðum stöðum fyrir ferðamenn að skoða. Einnig er stór og flott verslunarmiðstöð korteri frá hótelinu. [EN] Really enjoyed staying at IBB. Really appreciated the space in the room. It was not at all crammed like in other hotels with one bed. Cleanliness was also on point and the staff was very nice and helpful. To top it all off, the location of this hotel is unmatched. It's in the perfect spot in the heart of old town Gdansk. All around the hotel you can go eat nice on every part of the day. There are also lots of beautiful things to see all around the hotel. Forum shopping mall is not that far away also so that was nice too.

We stayed here for two nights this past week and the service was exceptional. We arrived in a bit haggard from a three hour train ride that had turned into four, but the front desk receptionist was friendly, courteous, and immediately got us into our room, which was a blessing. Customer service was also excellent-- for example, we needed to uncork a wine bottle, and when we asked for a corkscrew, they told us simply to bring the bottle down to the front desk and they would take care of it. When we brought it down, they uncorked it, gave us an ice bath for it, and asked if we needed glasses or anything else with it. The provided water and drinks in the mini-fridge were also a nice touch. We asked for a quiet room and were given one- the first night was virtually silent. Breakfast was well done as well and worth the cost. The location of the hotel cannot be beat- it is right on the main street of the square (well, a few steps around the corner). It is also within walking distance of all the tourist sites, including the Solidarity Museum.
