Our house features four large bedrooms, two bathrooms, a spacious living and dining area. It is located in Shore Acres.
On the living room wall, you'll find cool wall signs that showcase some of the great places to check out in St. Petersburg!
There is an excellent size backyard with a patio area, great for dining and entertaining.
The master bedroom has a queen-sized bed with an en-suite full bathroom with a shower. Found next to each other in between the full family bathroom with a tub and shower is two other bedrooms. One with a queen-sized bed, the other a double. Located separately is a large bedroom/den with a queen bed and small living area, which can also be used as an office or play room.
There is a laundry room with a washer and dryer.
The property comes with fast WiFi throughout. making it easy to work remotely, or for a family with lots of devices! When entering our house, information on our favorite spots (we're huge foodies) such as where to eat and what to do will be provided. There's plenty to keep you entertained while you stay with us in St Pete!
Outside you'll find a good-sized fully fenced in back yard that gets plenty of sun throughout the day. In the center of the yard you'll find a large mango tree, so look out for falling mangos, they're delicious! There's also a good size patio area for entertaining with a grill, fire pit and dining area.
Whilst we are pet friendly we must be informed at the time of booking about accompanying pets as this will incur an additional cleaning fee. Also, we will required to be informed if you require charging points for your electric vehicles.
Inside our newly refurbished family home, you'll have all the comforts you are used to, both TV's have firesticks and come pre-installed with Hulu and Netflix.
The kitchen comes fully equipped (including that important coffee maker).
Warm sunshine and calm winds make the perfect conditions to explore the variety of excursions in the St. Pete/Clearwater area. Close to the property are some fantastic biking trails, parks, kayaking adventures, fishing spots and waterways. We are local and are happy to offer up some recommendations for you if you'd like or help with suggestions on where to go and arrange what you need for a day out.

ABOUT ST PETE:
BEACHES: Fort De Soto, St Pete Beach, Treasure Island, Clearwater etc. are all a short drive away (15-20 mins approx). We're spoilt for choice when it comes to award-winning beaches!
RECREATIONAL: Weedon Island is right on our doorstep (10 min drive away). A Nature Preserve filled with scenic boardwalks and mangrove trails for kayaking and paddleboarding, it makes a great day out for those of us who love an adventure! As well as a seemingly endless amount of watersports on our doorstep there's also the Pinellas Bike Trail. One of Florida's most popular and unique urban pathways, the Pinellas Trail Stretches from St Pete north to Tarpon Springs. The route connects several county parks, coastal areas and runs through a list of destinations, including Dunedin and Clearwater.
BUSCH GARDENS - World famous Busch Gardens theme park is only a 35-minute drive away from the property. Here you can experience some thrilling rides and see the spectacular animals.
FOOD - Tampa Bay has some of the best cuisines in the country and is the ideal location for foodies. The list is almost endless, but for some authentic Cuban sandwiches head to Bodega on Central Ave. Sushi i - Souzou on 4th St. Red Mesa Cantina for Some Incredible Mexican and Happy Hour Specials. The Saturday Morning Market Downtown features food trucks serving up every type of food.
SPORTS - Bucs, Rays, Bolts, Rowdies and Bulls - Whether you visit Tropicana Field (Just 10 mins away) or head across the Bridge to Tampa (25 mins away) you're in striking distance to tons of pro and college sports. Whether you root for or against the Tampa Bay Buccaneers (Tampa) in football, The Tampa Bay Rays (Downtown St Pete) baseball, The Tampa Bay Rowdies (Downtown St Pete) soccer or USF Bulls in any sport, there's no shortage of Sports Entertainment.
BREWERIES - St Pete has become known for its thriving microbrewery scene. Head to 3 Daughters (A short Uber trip away) which boasts a family-friendly environment, with games and a stage for local music acts.
NIGHTLIFE - Central Ave is the Hub of Nightlife in St Pete and is also a beautiful spot to spend the afternoon outside watching the world go by. Along the strip, there are craft cocktail joints, dive bars, clubs and speakeasies.
