My Stay at Hampton
front desk staff was all ok Except MR Ayoub, who is nice gentlemen but always deny any request and fellow associates tell him he can do it, he will do it unwillingly. Twice in the middle of the night we asked for some water and front desk said someone will be there , no one bothered to give us water( cause I was not feeling) , so when no one from room service responded , I had to go outside to next door shop to buy a water.Since I had early flight after staying 6 nights, I was told I can request early breakfast. So I did night before and before leaving I went downstairs and front desk brought some croissants and salad but no coffee or tea. When I asked ,I was told its too early, everything is closed, while the auto coffee machine was 20 feet away. So I did not bothered and ate croissants with water and retuned salad to front desk. The shuttle to the airport had no place for luggage and the seats had to be used for huge luggage for passengers to Africa, each one was carrying 4-5 huge pieces of luggage. I felt bad for poor driver who got abused by passengers who had extra luggage but bus had no luggage area..
