About the good:
The building is new, and well decorated. One of the receptionist (Ernesto) very polite.
Shower large and working fine.
About the bad:
There is NO housekeeping. The description on Expedia and other sites is misleading. They say "limited housekeeping". It's not true. They clean the room just once during your stay if you stay a minimum of 7 nights !!!
You stay less than that ??? No cleaning at all.
Inacceptable.
No possible to charge to the room anything about bar, you have to pay at the moment (very inconvenient).
You have to do the check in by yourself, pratically you have to do the job for the receptionist is paid for.
Almost half of the channels on tv did not work. On 42, probably works 25/30 channels.
An advice ?? Take off the "hotel" part from your description. If you say "Staycity Apartments" nothing to say. If you add the "hotel" part, give hotel service !!!
If I had to do the check in by myself, clean the room, doing my bed, having any help from the staff, well ... I stay home.
