No room at the inn
I was told to call 24 hours in advance, and the lady that answered said we did not have a reservation and she spoke very good English, and this was two phone calls one by me and one by my friend who is Panamanian. She said she had not dealt with Hotels.com since Covid, I booked another place not through hotels.com
You refused to publish my review… and that is wrong wrong wrong. Hotels.com should fix the problem!
