X2 Pattaya Oceanphere

i know this is a late review but coming across this past booking, i will leave one. the very first day i arrived i was greeted by hotel staff who were very courteous and accommodating. we were led to the hotel lobby behind these huge heavy doors and to the front desk where we were greeted by very nice ladies and offered refreshments while we waited for our villa. i was very impressed with the hotel condo and each condo came with a private swimming pool. the entire condo was very clean and smelled wonderful and fresh. kitchenette had very high end appliances and coffee, water, dishes, glasses and silverware also on hand. upstairs rooms were very nice with an overview of the pool downstairs. outside of the hotel is the restaurant and upstairs bar with ocean views. there is also staff that can take you to the restaurants along the ocean by golf cart...about a 5 min ride. the hotel condo is very private and relaxing, if you're looking for a place like this to relax, this is my suggestion.

Overall, I am satisfied with my stay and services they provide. During my two nights stay, I enjoyed their spa service which was more than expectation, and had breakfast buffet which was also good. Only thing I was sad about is... they haven't explained me fully what is included in breakfast buffet menu. I thought we had to pay for egg menu, but found out it was inclusive when I was paying for it on the check-out day. I guess for the next customer, would be better to explain more about what they provide at the ocean bistro.

The room is brand new. The staffs are very friendly and helpful. Suitable for newly wedded couples.

Front Desk is behind closed doors, not visible upon arrival. Front desk personnel not welcoming. After traveling from the US, they asked if We to wanted stay in that hotel despite seeing us walking in with our luggage. In several occasions, they seemed to be bothered by our questions. I requested to use the bicycles and one had a loose pedal and the second had a flat tire. As they didn’t have a pump to inflate the tires, I had to personally switched wheels from two bicycles in order to be able to ride them. On a good note, the manager was much more helpful and seemed to care when learning about the bicycle issue. This is a luxury property but the service staff is not up to that level.

we booked 2 pool villas which can be connected together that it provide a great private pool area and more convenient to have fun with my friends. Rooms are clean and beautiful. But.... private pool is small as well as small main pool which beside the in house bar. 10 mins walk to the beach 30 mins taxi to pattaya down town 2.5-3 hours taxi to bkk

Room and services is good. Design and decoration is great. Villa is less privacy due to bush fence does not block people walking outside to see inside. Some part are under construction.

遍離市中心，最少35分鐘才到達一個地方，酒店設施有進步空間，職員態度良好，但要求加床直到晚上回到房間還未做好手，整體平分中等

It was a great trip and all facilitates is great I will come again. see you in next year.

非常之好嘅服務態度原因我哋遲到仲要幫我地免費升級，開門有驚喜，房間整體乾淨漂亮，同圖片一模一樣咁靚，情侶一家人去的話一流，唯一唔好處蚊較多，馬桶去水較差。不過下次一定會再去住，正正正
