Le plus grand bémol est le restaurant attenant à l'hôtel (le relais gourmand) la qualité des plats étant très médiocre. "This hotel provides excellent value for money. All the staff are friendly and helpful and the delicious breakfast and free coffee, tea and water throughout your stay is an added bonus. The room was comfortable and when we experienced a slight problem with the shower drain being blocked it was fixed within half an hour. A pleasant riverside walk takes you to the old town in 10 minutes. We highly recommend this hotel. "
"Modern, clean hotel. Reception staff helpful and friendly. Room well equipped and clean. The restaurant was nicely busy and we enjoyed our dinner there. The outside terraces and pool area are very attractive, with lake views and a lovely old Lebanon Cedar tree in the middle.
We paid 20 euros for overnight parking at the hotel which seemed fair enough as Annecy is such a busy town. The only downside was the main road that runs right next to the hotel and separates it from the lakeside, this does impact the outside terrace but we couldn’t hear road noise in our room at the side of the hotel. "
