it was a great cheap hotel room, clean, towels and consumables included, safe parking behind a gate this remains closed for security. the wifi was fast, the staff and owner were top notch. i had issues with my motorcycle, he was supper helpful in getting me sorted out.
coffee and breakfast was good, the hospitality was above and beyond
by far the best place i stayed in all of mexico as a motorcycle tourists

En general el lugar está excelente. La relación precio - calidad es muy buena.
El hotel está a las afueras de la ciudad, pero la zona es muy tranquila y sobre la colina. Está a pie de montaña y no está lejos de la carretera principal.
La construcción es antigua y se encuentra en muy buenas condiciones. Por el diseño del baño, creo que es de los años 70's u 80's.
Nunca había visitado esta franquicia, pero se nota que el hotel es un negocio familiar y que hacen que el lugar esté muy bien.
Por trabajo he estado en varios lugares y éste está súper por el costo.
El único detalle de la estrella, es porque la alfombra ya se ve antigua también y lamentablemente se ve el paso de los inquilinos, pero no tiene ningún olor malo.
Vi otras opiniones que se quejaban de la zona, pero creo que exageran, el lugar es tranquilo y seguro y la calle esta linda y amplia.
Otro detalle es que no hay comida o restaurante cerca, en la calle de abajo hay un Italian Coffee Company, pero nada extra. Hay que llegar comido para no volver a salir.
Está a 10 minutos en auto del Estadio Guelagetza y se siente un poco el frío por la mañana por estar en la montaña.

El lugar está algo retirado, se ubica en una colonia que se ve insegura pese a que los lugareños dicen lo contrario.
La habitación en general está bien pero la cama es muy incómoda y no pude descansar bien, además que el personal de limpieza hace mucho ruido a las 7 am con las aspiradoras en los cuartos vecinos, levantándonos temprano innecesariamente.

La propiedad se anuncia con camas queen y al llegar no dicen que no solo hay matrimoniales, las instalaciones está en una zona muy precaria, y en el estacionamiento pasando hay cucarachas y mucha basura entre todo colchones viejos. La habitación tiene alfombra muy sucia y en general el hotel tiene un olor desagradable. Y al llegar note que el hotel tiene precios más accesibles que expedía con todo y que según dan descuento por la app

Las fotos mostradas en la web no reflejaron la realidad. Los cuartos estuvieron muy fríos a pesar de usar las cobijas extras. La alfombra estaba sucia y en el baño no había jabón, ni cortina ni tapetes, solo un par de toallas verdes muy viejas y muy duras. La recepcionista fue amable y pudimos estacionar el auto adentro de la propiedad.
