While a little spartan, the hotel was clean and warm, and the futon beds were soft and comfortable. The hotel is well situated about 7 minutes drive from the Tomamu resort. It was right in the middle of furano city centre, loads of great places to eat walking distance, the check-in was all automated so very easy, and we even hired bikes from just round the corner to ride down to other sites and flower fields. The bus stop is within 3 minutes walking distance and the train station is within 30 minutes walking distance, but the bus can also take you to the station. The property is very well maintained and clean, with all needed amenities provided including washer and dryer. The only thing to consider is that the bedrooms are upstairs, which may be less accessible for individuals with mobility impairments. Otherwise, overall excellent experience and would definitely recommend! "

"The hotel is a little difficult to get to if you don't have a car. The bus runs only a couple of times a day from the airport so plan accordingly and is at the top of a hill (which makes sense for ski but is a trek if you're on your feet). It is a very clean and beautiful property and the staff go above and beyond to be helpful and make your stay comfortable. The views from the room are spectacular. "
"We enjoyed our stay at this hotel The location is excellent with many restaurants nearby. It is an older hotel with the standard smaller rooms. Our twin bed room had plenty of space to store our suitcases and move around, with table and chairs for setting. The bathroom was very small and one drawback it was just a regular toilet. The staff were friendly and helpful if you needed anything. One drawback of the hotel is the carpet in my room at least really needed to be replaced or cleaned, there were stains, the rest of the hotel and our room was in near perfect condition. Next time I'm in the area I will probably stay at the hotel again."

"The hotel is about a 10 minutes drive from Furano town, tucked away in a peaceful and scenic area surrounded by nature. It was so relaxing to wake up to the beautiful mountain views right from our room.
The onsen was super soothing after a day of exploring! It does get a bit crowded in the evening, so Iโd recommend going later at night if you want a quieter time. The whole area is really calm and picturesque, perfect for winding down.
Staff were very friendly and welcoming, which made the stay even more enjoyable. Would definitely stay here again if weโre back in Furano!"
"Overall this our stay at this property was poor considering how much we paid per night. The laundry room was very cluttered and dirty with dead bugs everywhere. The dryer not working and there was no space to hang any of our clothes to dry. One night we had an awful sleep because of noisy guests beside us, who had a party until about 2-3am (despite the very clear quiet hours / no party rules). My husband and I had to manage these guest and the party on our own in the middle of the night. When we notified the owner/property manager, it took over a month to get back to us with communication that the owner disapproved of any kind of refund or compensation for this experience. I would not recommend this place to anyone or book again in the future. "

"Great location in town. Near many eateries and convenience stores. The house is big and spacious, quite well equipped but very basic. Sleeps 6 but with only 1 bathroom (but 2 toilets), 4 pax is more comfortable. The huge tv is a bonus. We parked right in front of the house so thatโs very convenient.
Certain parts of the house are dusty and there was a hair on the pillow! Communication with property management is BAD. There is barely any response to messages/emails using their โContact Propertyโ function. When I called their hotline in a desperate attempt to reach them, someone answered and spoke in English: โWe donโt speak English. Please write message to us.โ I told them Iโve been writing since weeks ago and no one responded and the guy repeated himself again. So I wrote themโฆand there was no response. This was on the day we were to check in and we were encountering some problems. Good thing we managed to resolve the issue ourselves in the end. "
