"Great location to train station zurich hb"

"Had a great stay at the Central Plaza Hotel. The location was perfect for exploring the city and getting our train to Zermatt. For an old hotel, it is has been remodeled nicely and the rooms are comfortable. The staff was very nice and always helpful. The brunch in the restaurant was great (order the fresh omlettes). If you can, avoid the first floor. I did pay more to get a 2 bed room with a little more room, but they put us in a room with no view; the awning out the window masked the outside. "

"The Lobby was very nice and the staff was friendly and helpful. Our room was spacious for three of us and had a cute little balcony. It was close to the water, but not right on it, which we preferred. The price was quite reasonable. There was a beautiful bar area and restaurant. We did not eat there, but we looked at the menu and again the prices were good and the food looked amazing."

"Check-in was easy. Room was nice - the 3-person room was a little smaller than expected. No issues with shared bathroom. It was nice to have a separate toilet. We never waited to shower or use bathroom. Sink in the room was helpful. It wasn’t clear that if we wanted fresh towels to leave them on the floor. Washcloths would’ve been great. Water carafe in room was nice touch. Staff was very nice except for Faisal who didn’t like us being in the dining room in the evening. Mac was awesome! The hotel was in a quiet area and easy to get to. We loved it! "
