Rooms were clean and beds were comfortable. Unfortunately there was a strong sewer smell coming from the shower drains. We needed to use a wet towel to cover the drain when not in use.

Incredible value for money

We loved our 2 night stay here over Christmas. Staff amazing, room big, quiet, comfy and spotless and breakfast included an added bonus. Bus stop outside into town (less than €2) or walkable in about 20 mins. I would come back here in a heartbeat when visiting next.

Room was very big and clean. Bed was comfortable. About a 15-20 minute walk to the old town and center. The only issue we had was a very noisy pipe in our room that went off every time someone flushed the toilet. Otherwise stay was very comfortable. Check in and check out was very easy and we appreciated the earlier check in time.

Quality hotel in San Sebastian

Got off to a slow start, the hotel entrance is a little hidden and parking is very limited. The actual car park is the public parking across the roundabout and it's rather expensive. That said, once sorted, the hotel proved to be a very nice place to be. Public transport right out the door, rooms bright and cheery and the staff were helpful. A good option In San Sebastian - definately worth a try.

Hard to find entrance

Our room was incredibly large, befitted for wheelchair users which I thought was amazing, it's very functional but lacking in design giving it a bit of a hospital feel. Finding the hotel was not easy since it has no street access. If you're arriving by car there's nowhere to park but at a bus stop.

Overall V Good & Would Recommend

We really loved the hotel. It’s nice and central and accessible to the beach and old town by bus or bike or walk. We loved the cleanliness and spaciousness of our room, and the decor was very modern and attractive too. It had all the services we needed too. The reception staff were all lovely and very helpful. Some complimentary water in the room would be nice. One criticism would be that it is slightly noisy in the mornings - I think our room was close to a housekeeping office and they were a bit loud at times and even with earplugs we woke a bit earlier than we would have liked on a relaxing holiday. But other than that all good.

A perfectly fine but not exceptional place

The location was a 20minute walk from Playa de la Concha and avoided the noise that the old town can have. Service was good but also didn't need anything other than checking in/out. Beds were fine. Showers need frosted glass as the shower, toilet, and sink are all exposed in the same area. Facility as a whole needs a tough up of maintenance. Stains in the carpet, chipped walls, etc However, that's not to say it was dirty by any means. It was fine, not great.

Will not stay here again

Never again will we stay in this place. The AC didn’t work. When we asked for maintenance to fix it, we were told that it was past nine pm, and maintenance would not work after hours. This is what we found: the bathroom smelled like mildew, the toilet seat was coming apart, there were stains on the bed, there was a huge hole in the curtain.

This hotel was s a 2 star. Giving it more than a moderate rating is to be untrue. It has a fun colorful design but is very run down. A big hole in the wall in our room from the door knob, scratches and scruffs on all walls. No the place needs some extra TLC and a great lick of new coat of paint. I know San Sebastián is expensive but 200 € per night?! Come on…. This was a part of a 9 night journey and even the luxury hotel in Laguardia was less expensive . And in mint condition. Breakfast was included and okay nothing special. Would I recommend? No I would not.
