I booked this hotel for 2 nights at $300 per night.
After arriving on Friday night at the room
A/C was not working and hotel was booked no alternatives.
I found a nearby hotel and requested a refund, to which a gentleman named Dan refused to do, arguing it was booked through a third party( hotels.com).
No apologies, no solutions, our exchange was decent , I understand Ac can break and you dont have a tech 24/7, I politely requested a refund which was denied.
I am currently fighting over this with my CC because the basic principle of a transaction was not fullfilled
