I booked my room through Hotels.com, and when we checked in, I believe they put us in the help/housekeeper's wing because when we went upstairs, I only saw one person on the floor. We offloaded our luggage and proceeded to the Menger bar, where the bartender asked the couple in front of us if they had been given a voucher for free drinks, so I went to the front desk. The manager says, "How did you book your room,as he was looking at his computer. Oh, you booked through hotels.com, you don't get drink vouchers." All I said was ok, thank you. I don't think the hotel would go bankrupt for giving the guest a voucher for a free drink. My room was spotless; my king-size bed was as hard as a boulder.
