the location was excellent but the room I was initially given was terrible and did not look like the pictures I saw that made me book this hotel. They gave me another room that was bigger and cleaner than the original room they gave me, the first room carpet was filthy and the room was tiny but it had a great view. I booked this room months in advance of my stay and I was very disappointed with my original room. This hotel is quite dated and needs upgraded but the staff were wonderful but the hotel is misrepresented by the pictures. I spent quite a bit of time getting a different room which was satisfactory but I shouldn't have had to do this if I had been given the type of room that I requested in the first place

Checked out after 15 min
We got to check in early when we arrived a few hours before check-in time. When we arrived at our floor, it was a weird smell in the hallway, and it was no better when we got in to our room. It was old, felt dirty and dusty. At the bathroom there were many dirty fingerprints at the wall and light switch. We decided to check out the roof top with the pool, but if possible, we were even more disappointed with that area - which was the main reason why we chose this hotel. There were a roof over the pool, the green floor looked moldy and dirty, and safe to say; it does not remotely look like the pictures. They should really be updated. We ended up staying there for 15 minutes or so, and then checked out and in to another hotel. We tried to explain this to the receptionist, but it was not a lot of understanding to get from him.
Oh, and there were construction in the back yard and loud noises from drilling.

I really enjoy my staying! The hotel is close to everything! Great location! The staff was very nice ! They kept the room clean.The breakfast was fine also ! We stayed 6 nights ! If I go back in the future I will stay at the same location! I loved Buenos Aires !

Nossa estadia (eu e meu esposo), foi bem bacana, o hotel é aconchegante e bem localizado, muito bom o café da manhã, achamos o hotel bem organizado, porém o quarto que ficamos tinha tapete embutido, e muitos lençóis, nisso havia um grande acumulo de poeira, meu esposo sofreu com isso, pois é alérgico.

Property has potential, but way behind in maintenance. Our patio door to our room would not close or lock. The sink hot water threads were stripped. Shower controls also a bit stripped and difficult to control.

Lo mejor del hotel es la ubicacio, es espacioso en sus interiores y el area de piscina, las instalaciones son algo viejas y si bien no estan destruidas ni mal mantenidas se nota cierto desgaste. La cama de la habitacion podria/deberia ser mejor. Si uno va a estar cerca del centro y se puede consguir a un precio razonable esta mas que bien

Un horror. No vayan!!
Un desastre!! Lo único bueno es la ubicación que es divina. Todo lo demás un desastre
La habitación sucia, la cama matrimonial muy chica e incomoda, no funciono el wifi en la habitación , un día los ascensores rotos en plena tarde y tuve que esperar 20 minutos para bajar. Adenas de que son muy lentos Un perfume se rompió en la limpieza y nadie llamo a avisar. Cuando llamamos a recepción nos dijeron q la chica de limpieza lo encontró tirado en el piso cuando entro.
Lo peor de todo es el mal servicio de la recepción que no les importa nada ayudarte ni son serviciales
Realmente un robo. Si no fuera por l ubicación que es linda hubiera sido un horror la estadia. Nuca mas vamos!!

Location, location and location. Perfect spot across from Ricoletta Cemetary. Right next to famous bar La Biela. Block away from great restaurant and nightlife scene. Great rooftop pool with clean and modern changing facilities. Nice continental breakfast. Perfect spot for exploring the beauty of Buenos Aires. Great couples retreat. Would stay again in a heartbeat.

TERRÍVEL AS CONDIÇÕES ATUAIS DO HOTEL
Já me hospedei nesse hotel por 3 ou 4 vezes, porque a localização é excelente.
Infelizmente dessa vez encontrei as condições do hotel muito precárias. A frente suja, sem pintura. O quarto que fiquei, de nº 603, tinha rodapé solto, maçaneta da porta de entrada saindo na mão, piso do banheiro quebrado e emendado, ninho de passarinho no teto da varanda porque está o teto de gesso quebrado, um horror.
Necessita urgentemente de reformas para voltar a ser o excelente hotel que encontrei anteriormente.
Havendo reformas, voltarei com certeza; não havendo, não volto.

Bom custo beneficio
Super bem localizado, atendimento recepção excelente, agradecimento especial ao Emanuel que nos atendeu tanto no checkin quanto checkout, ficamos em um quarto com uma vista linda, em frente a praça, cemiterio Recoleta e próximo de cafés, bares , casa de câmbio, restaurantes e alguns pontos turisticos... Cafe da manha poderia ser melhor variando no dia a dia, mas, tem frutas, pratos quentes, sucos, iogurte e pães. Tem um espaço com piscina muito agradável. Os quartos são limpos, pontos negativos são o carpete, o colchão é mole, mas, travesseiros bons, roupa de cama de boa qualidade, porem as toalhas muito velhas, a maioria com furos, o banheiro precisando de manutenção, torneira pinga sem parar, chuveiro muito bom, água quente em todas as torneiras. Cofre no quarto. Voltaria a me hospedar pela localização.

Queixas:
Apesar de pedirmos vista, foi-nos dado quarto no 3º andar. Poucas horas depois à pessoa amiga foi dado no 11º andar, aí sim com vista.
Banheiro sem aparador grande para colocar objetos de uso pessoal, e com peças antigas, ex: a banheira.. No vaso sanitário a descarga de água forte e com muito barulho. Ouvia-se muito alto o som da dos outros quartos .
Não se podia abrir a porta do terraço sem forçar a cortina.
