Excellent stay! Very clean room and spacious. They staff were great! Great air conditioning. The hot water and water pressure was marvelous…not all hotels in Guatemala have hot water. Restaurant on site. Parking under ground.

The staff have been very friendly and helpful. I wish that the pool had a heater but we have still used it a few times when it is sunny. Pool is best in the afternoon.

The aspects I found quite disappointing during my stay included the bathroom layout, which was poorly designed, making it difficult to control the water temperature. Showers resulted in water splashing everywhere, creating a mess. Additionally, the basic toiletries were lacking, requiring me to request them, and the towels provided were insufficient in number and in poor condition, appearing old and torn. The overall state of the rooms, particularly in the older section of the hotel, was concerning, while the newer part also showed signs of neglect, with damaged and stained walls in both areas. On a positive note, the hotel staff, from housekeeping to administrative personnel, were consistently helpful and polite, which I appreciated. However, given my experience, I don't think I would choose to return.

Breakfast is not free, but it is inexpensive and a good buffet with variety. Room was clean and spacious, and beds and sheets were comfortabl, and towels too. Hotel is located in Zone 4, and has a strip bar in front, so it is somewhat noisy. Sraff is very accommodating and friendly. The only drawback is that there is only one elevator for 7 people, so at given times of the day it is difficult to go up or down, although using the stairs is an option. For a short stay with my kid's soccer team, it was a good option.
