Upon entering, the lobby was very inviting with beautiful Christmas decorations and a warm fireplace—especially appreciated given how cold it was outside. We visited the on-site Irish pub to watch Sunday night football and were greeted by friendly staff. It was also great that both the hotel and pub are dog-friendly, allowing us to bring our pup along. The beds were comfortable, and the room was clean. We would definitely stay here again.

Everything was great! We’ve been coming here for almost 5 years. It’s nice to see familiar faces. It would be great if the room carpets were deep cleaned or replaced. Still, we love it here and will return if we go to Rapid City again.

There was a huge regional power outage that lasted for several hours the day we checked in. The staff was amazing! Very professional and calm and got everyone to their rooms safely. Room was clean and comfortable.
