We had a family room which was a decent size. Unfortunately, that was the only positive. The room smelled like old smoke. The room was extemely warm with just a fan in each room so it was very uncomfortable. Check in was at another hotel which was a big hassle to park nearby. There is no staff at this hotel. Only book this if there isn't something else.

Not for family stay.

With no working AC it was very hot in the hotel room and for a family with small kids it was not good at all. We’ve visited here before some years ago and was not aware that they had moved the check in and breakfast to another building 200-300 meters or so away from the hotel. With these two reasons I will not come back again. I will instead stay at the main building if needed now when I know that everything is located there. Especially when the price difference surprisingly isn’t that big what I could see.

Vi bodde förra året i rum 231 och i år 331. Rummen är väligt kala och tråkiga men duger. I duschen hittade vi mögel längst med duschdörren, en odör som luktade uppkastning osade upp ut badrumsvasken flera gånger. Rummet i sig hade blivit mindre bra städat då det stor matskräp kvar i garderoben när vi kom in. Det saknades tvål och "dusch gel" då dem inte fyllt på - i duschen står det dusch och hår gel.. men det är samma vanlig mildtvål som sitter vid handfatet. För att vara plazas "syster" hotell och att kossta 4600kr för två nätter så kommer vi nog aldrig bo där igen. Frukosten.. ingen kommentar.
