Check-in staff was not welcoming. They kept urging me to tap my credit card when they could clearly see I was searching for it in my bag. lol I could see they just wanted to quickly take my payment and finish up with me. The location is perfect for the Bergen Park n Ride which got us into the city for NYU graduation the next day. The breakfast was very good! I booked this hotel at the last minute because we only needed one nighjt as we stayed in NYC in an Airbnb but it's nice to know that there are hotels ins Secaucus that we can book. I wouldn't stay at this hotel again but there are a number close by that I would try instead. Customer service at this location needs to be ramped up and the outside parking lot with people milling about looked sketchy. This Hotel is 2 stars at best but the interior rooms were passable for a one night only stay.
