I stayed here with my mother in law after a lte night flight. She had to fly back home after breaking her ankle and was in a cast. The staff was very kind and did what they could to help out, even though there really wasn’t much they could do. The shuttle service was punctual and friendly, unfortunately my MIL could not fit in the shuttle with a cast. The check in was speedy, and the room and lobby were very clean. The entry way had a little bit of a smokey smell but our room was fine.
Breakfast was standard fare: waffles, cereal, eggs etc.
beds were comfortable, but quite soft. The room was nice and dark, and it was quiet despite being close to the airport. We slept very soundly. AC worked well.
Overall I feel that I got a similar experience to most other hotels, but at a lower price point than others in the area.
Just a note about the shuttle that may be helpful:
The shuttle is very nice and comes every 45 min. However it is tight and will likely not be possible for someone with a walking disability to get on and ride it. The very sweet driver made every effort to make it work, but it just wasn’t going to happen.
We were able to get a taxi and all was good.
