It was a great four days here. The staff, the service, the property and amenities were top notch and left nothing to be desired. We were pleasantly surprised by all the activities they had for the kids - including a smores session and a movie night among the palm trees. Wonderful memories. This property is simply magical and the staff is amazing….so kind, attentive, and happy. Many families have been working at the resort for generations and it shows. We have always been adverse to kids clubs because it felt wrong to send them away inside on a family vacation but my girls, ages 6 and 8, loved it so much. They were wonderful with the kids! They have an activity/craft every hour so for example, they’d make candles at 10 am for an hour while we went to the adult pool, then go back at 3 pm to make piñatas. This resort is a splurge but I would rather stay 3-4 nights here than 8 nights somewhere less expensive. The experience is top notch and worth every penny.
