I liked the idea of a bungalo for the privacy, but everything,worn out, old, they have cut so many costs! No washcloths, had to beg for towels,they said free bottled water but again it could take hours to get one. Food was miserable.1 restaurant closed,1 that only could serve about 40 people a night,so no reservations available.Buffet was always out of food they substituted canned vegetables for everything when they had pancakes,NO syrup,then next day syrup but no pancakes, NO bread, bagels, buns etc. unless you were first.Hygiene was NOT something they even tried to do food left at room temp from one meal to next contamination from spoons that were in a fish dish, used in other food pans,I AM ALLERGIC TO FISH, so I couldn't even eat the sub of veggies.Salad bar was filthy and no sneeze guards covering any foods,people even used their hands to pick up lettuce or pick over items touching, putting back food. Overcrowded,everyday there was so little meat of any kind,the pans were already empty after first few people ate and they didn't have more, again substituted canned veggies for meats, inexperienced cooks that even didn't know how to cook an egg,they turned the flame to high to HURRY it up,burnt on outside raw in middle trying to find condiments even salt was an ordeal of tracking down the employee for your sectionsNO OTHERS WOULD HELP YOU only your section's assigned employee.NO quality,everypart of resort was cheapest of cheap! BAR was good! so hungry I had to drink!
