The hotel is in two words, run down. The photos are no where near a true representation of the actual rooms. It is advertised as having a buffet breakfast but I got a voucher to use in a restaurant 5 minutes walk away. There was no Buffett I was told to sit down. I ordered eggs, toast and an orange juice. The toast turned up 5 minutes after I had finished the eggs. When I got up to leave, I was told that I had to pay $1.700, I tried to complain but 8 was told that the breakfast was only the drinks? When I discussed this with the hotel, the manager said the same and laughed it off. Avoid at all costs.

Banheiro não tinha box, o chuveiro molhava todo o banheiro, precisávamos usar o rodo para secar o banheiro. O quarto não tinha janela. Não tinha frigobar como dizia o anúncio. Tinha uma geladeira coletiva e que não funcionava direito. Faltou energia algumas vezes. Café da manhã não era no hotel, era em uma restaurante perto, mas vinha pouca comida e tinham mínimas opções. O hotel é bem localizado, mas tem muita sujeira e mendigos na redondeza.

A moça que nos atendeu foi atenciosa, pra tomar banho é terrível, cortina grudando no corpo e molhando o banheiro . O café da manhã é simples, 3 torradas ou 2 croissant e 1 cafe e 1 suco de laranja e mais nada. O Hotel é antigo e os móveis também.

Lastimosamente fuimos en plena remodelación del hotel, parecia una pelicula de terror, no tuvieron el cuidado de cerrar el area de habitaciones en remodelación, tuvimos que ver estas habitaciones oscuras y con mobiliario viejo que hasta nos dió escalofrios. La habitación que nos proporcionaron era peqaueñita para 3 personas, camas viejas, aguadas, las patas flojas, y la ropa de cama olia muy mal. Con respecto al personal fue muy amable, pero deberia de estar funcionando si no tienen habitaciones preparadas.

O hotel é simples, me atendeu perfeitamente ja que eu ficava o dia todo fora, a cama e confortavel, o banheiro limpo, e o atendimento é maravilhoso. E ainda tem um mascote super fofo que alegrava meus dias. A localizacao é perfeita, perto de tudo. Voltarei mais vezes.

As fotos do hotel não condizem com a realidade ,muito barulho a noite, elevador barulhento e antigo ,recomendo somente para uma noite, o café não e no hotel , prédio muito antigo,saída as 10 da manhã , não tem recepção 24h, retiraram meu cobertor no 3 dia não colocaram outro,trocaram a toalha 2 vezes somente.,a recepção todos são muito legais isso foi bacana .

Las fotos no coinciden con lo real. El desayuno es basico y se toma fuera del hotel en un bar. La limpieza es buena. El hotel tiene mal estado de mantenimiento y conservación. La ducha se inunda. La bacha se cae. Los resortes de la cama saltan. Nos dieron una sola toalla para dos personas. No hay frigobar en habitación como dijeron. Y ademas nos cobraron comisión los de hoteles.com. pagamos mas de lo que figura. Muy desilucionados

No lo recomiendo, no hay ningún responsable durante fines de semana o feriados. No dan lo que ofrecen en la web, por ejemplo, no funcionaba ningún control remoto del TV o sea no se podía usar practicamente porque estaba muy alto. No tenía secador de cabello como dice en internet, las almohadas daban lástima y no había recursos. La persiana trabada arriba y nadie que la venga a arreglar, por ende el sol molestaba temprano. No me parece que el precio que cobran sea acorde a lo que dicen ofrecer. No volvería.

Pior hotel da vida! Se é que aquilo pode ser chamado de hotel pois tá mais pra uma pensão. A entrada fede a bicho morto, era insuportável o fedor. Corredores barulhentos, tínhamos que sair descalços pra não incomodar os outros. Quarto podre. A porta do banheiro não tem maçaneta e não fecha, vaso com tampa quebrada e banheiro nojento. Tudo totalmente diferente das fotos. As fotos são do hotel novinho, hoje está tudo velho e quebrado. Café da manhã só tem pão duro com manteiga e um biscoitinho. Mas o pior de tudo foi que não ficava ninguém na recepção e na hora de ir embora tivemos que devolver a chave pra senhora da copa, sendo que queríamos deixar as malas até de tarde na hora de ir embora mas ela não deixou. Fomos pra rua com as malas.
