Beautiful historic boutique hotel with a comfy fireplace, delicious free cookies, muffins & coffee and an inviting bar and restaurant. Staff was top notch too!

The inn staff welcomed me and took good are of me right from my arrival on a busy Friday evening through my departure Sunday morning. Dinner in the Red Horse was delicious, too. I especially appreciated their early morning coffee and baked goods in the lobby, as I'm an early riser. I look forward to my next visit!

This is our second stay at the Bernards Inn. We just love this charming hotel and wonderful staff. Be aware there is no elevator but the staff is more than willing to help you with your bags. I know when we are in the area, we will be staying there again. If you like old world charm, this is the perfect place. It is associated with a 5 star restaurant on the premises, great morning coffee bar and fresh muffins.

First time there and not familiar with the area. I was completely blown away. What an amazing, cozy, inviting place to stay in a very clean and neat little town. I wish I could’ve stayed another day and walked around town. Did not get a chance to eat dinner at the hotel, but I will absolutely do so the next time!

An absolutely beautiful hotel in a great location. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Keep in mind, this is an old hotel. It does not have an elevator, so if you have an aversion to stairs, you should reconsider your stay. However, the rooms are large and spacious and very well equipped. They have a great coffee bar in the morning with fresh baked goods, which are excellent. We are originally from NJ, and the restaurant is an iconic place for dinner. The only negative, I will say is that the carpets are a little tired and need to be replaced. Overall an excellent place to stay and we have already booked our second visit with them.

Awesome property and very friendly staff. Stayed for a wedding in the area and it was conveniently located, comfortable room and fantastic amenities (checked out the bar before festivities). Highly recommend.

I loved this amazing inn very much. A unique and historical building, well maintained, helpful staffs, nice room. Everything about this inn was perfect. BTW, the restaurant was also perfect with the western cuisine and the Japanese cuisine as well.

Loved everything about The Bernard’s Inn from the charming, spacious guest room, to the beautiful bar and restaurant and their amazing helpful staff. Walking distance to lovely shops and restaurants I would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Our overnight stay was perfect. The desk staff were very hospitable and accommodating. Parking was easy. Our room was quiet and clean. We didn’t spend time on the property to enjoy the bar and restaurant but maybe next time, since we had plans elsewhere. All in all a great stay!

We were warmly welcomed after a long day of travel. Our room was quaint and comfy. I only regret that we didn’t stay longer.
