Our family of 4 took the train to NYC to see a few shows, so we didn't use any local parking. The hotel was super convenient in the Times Square area, but was amazingly quiet, with the rooms seemingly set back between some buildings to provide some buffer. It was on a street that had a lot to offer, but not in the crazy, busy mix of a main road.
We frequented the Whole Foods around the block for reasonably priced water and snacks. Having a mini-fridge/microwave would be a big help, but we were only there 2 nights, so a short trip and made due.
Our room was wonderful and the staff friendly. Would definitely stay again.
