Disappointing
The area was extremely run down and we were told my several taxi drivers to be careful that it was dangerous. The internet did not connect once on any device and when talking to reception they told us the signal was weak. None of the staff spoke any English so it was difficult to even communicate through google translate with no internet. The air conditioning made a lot of noise when turned on. There was blaring music from a bar on the street below which also seemed to have the sound carried through the AC. I would not reccomend staying here.

Primeiro nos enviaram para um quarto que ainda não estava arrumado, ai tivemos que trocar de quarto. A noite as janelas faziam muito barrulho e o café da manhã é pessimo.

A estrutura é simples, mas funcional. O chuveiro muito bom. O café da manhã é o ponto forte da acomodação.
Parece que uma espécie de abrigo para pessoas vulneráveis funciona nos 2 primeiros andares, mas não chegam a incomodar quem está do quarto andar para cima.
Localização é boa em relação a deslocamentos na cidade, mercado, restaurante e farmácia próximos.
Todavia inspira cuidados. Há muitos moradores de rua no entorno, que, a noite, ganham o reforço de elementos pra lá de estranhos e que produzem muito lixo, principalmente na rua Guaianases, que fica transversal. Na maior parte do tempo, eram vigiados por uma patrulha da PM, que fica estacionada na esquina.
No geral, achei a diária de $ 360,00 um pouco acima normal.

O Hotel é excelente, no quarto que fiquei a cama era confortável, quarto enorme, banheiro grande com otimo chuveiro, o cafe de manha uma delicia, vi outros comentarios sobre cafe ruim, localizacao com varios moradores de rua, lembrando que é Sao Paulo, vai ter morador de rua em todo lugar, as pessoas querem pagar um valor baixo para ficar em hotel 5 estrelas, me desculpe, achei o hotel fantastico

Reservei o quarto quadruplo para três pessoas, o que deu mais conforto, pois há um ambiente a mais e o banheiro é maior. Por ficar no centro de SP há uma rotatividade de hospedes e o café da manhã é bem concorrido. Como a viagem foi para lazer cultural, serviu perfeitamente para esse objetivo.

Limpeza excelente! O atendente do período vespertino é solicito e prestativo! Apenas duas coisas simples de solucionar não nos agradaram. A altura da conversa e gargalhadas na madrugada vindo da portaria e calçada.
E alguns integrantes que residem no hotel, qual não respeitam horários principalmente arrastando mobilia na madrugada.
