I wouldn’t recommend booking a room facing the courtyard. It’s not actually a real courtyard — the room looks into the hotel’s interior. Because of that, the windows are locked and don’t open, so you can’t air out the room. At night there’s a light on in that area, so you have to keep the curtains closed. We tried opening the door for ventilation, but the corridor was even more stuffy. We informed the hotel management, but nothing changed. The next day, thankfully, a staff member named Sadi (I might be spelling it wrong) stepped in and changed our room.
Other than that, the location is good — about a 10-minute walk to the center and 12–15 minutes to the station. There was no kettle, paper cups, or tea/coffee in the room, but it was clean.
Check-in and check-out could be done at the reception, and there was also a self-service machine available. The staff were polite.
