Overall great hotel, the only thing getting in the way is the room size. It makes it a bit hard to do even simple stuff like change clothes or iron a shirt, but everything else was amazing. Staff is courteous and helpful, the room is cleaned well and amenities are provided upon request. If size of the room is no consideration, would definitely stay here again.

The rooms are minuscule but the service is amazing and the location is very convenient as its close to akihabara, a few different train stations, and is only a mild walk to the tokyo station for the Shinkansen. There’s a small 7/11 nearby for snacks and atm access, a lovely bakery a 5 minute walk away, and two post offices within walking distance. The laundry is always open to use in the morning, and the workers are exceptionally polite and helpful.

Pros: - Very helpful and kind lobby staff - Located within walking distance to good department stores and multiple station lines - Located in a street that doesn't get too busy, so taxi pick ups are smooth Cons: - There's only one elevator serving all of the floors, so it may be inconvenient at busy times when lots of people are trying to go up or down to the lobby - The bathroom in the room might be a bit dated-- turning on the faucet or flushing the toilet causes the pipes to make a lot of loud noises.
